This year Lamy is commemorating the anniversary of the Lamy 2000 with the introduction of 2 new 2000 models. The first is a long-overdue rollerball version. The second is the new 'Lamy 2000 Ceramicon'. Makrolon is Bayer's trade name for a proprietary fiberglass-like material.
